Grilled scallop with red ‘Nahm Yum’, trout roe, green mango, samphire by the brilliant Chef Sebby Holmes of Farang, London.
This is one of my favourite grilled scallops, seared with flame-lashed heat and smokiness, from Farang’s ‘If I had a Thai Sunday Roast’ menu. The scallop is super fresh and a generous size, full of juicy sweetness and dressed in delicious ‘Nahm Yum’ sauce with gems of trout roe, crunchy green mango, succulent samphire and crispy shallots. An amazing celebration of freshness, colour, aroma and texture that is such a joy to experience.
Dimensions: 10cm x 14.8cm (unframed).
