This is honestly some of the best fried chicken I have ever had. Every element is deeply flavourful with a good kick of life-affirming heat; even the crispy batter is full of lip smacking spicy flavour with aromatic spices and sweet fish sauce glaze. The chicken is also full of flavour from the inside out and is marinated to perfection. This dish is deliciously addictive, and each bite is full of crispy joy.
